Extend the Story - Add a Room

You get to the hole in the wall. In the hole is a wood cover to hide the entrance up. you know about it thought because your clan resides here. You put your hands through the wall and move the wooden cover aside, slide yourself in and push the wooden cover back over the hole. When that is done you roll yourself to a wall and study the hideout. You want your boss to increase your rank so you believe that if you get to him without being discovered he might do just that.
You notice that about 50 metres away, 3 guards are patrolling a platform covering the entrance into the main facility. You can not take them out though because 1: That would be against the rules of the clan and 2: If they are knocked out, or killed, no one would be able to protect the facility if it is attacked. So how do you proceed?
