You give a smirk and just look at the man. He turns to his three little redneck spawn and says, "This is what happens to sick fuckers who like to hang out in the men's bathroom."
He then proceeds to walk over and beat the shit out of you. Despite his paunch, he is immensely strong and probably does some sort of manual labor for a living. By the time he is finished with you, you are a bloody heap on the floor. He and his children then use the facilities, and he then leaves and tells the owner of the restroom that a pedophile threatened his kids in there and he was defending himself. With the negative stereotype against pedophiles (for obvious reasons) they decide to hold off on calling the ambulance a bit and by the time they do, you have contracted such a terrible infection from your open wounds touching the bathroom floor that you lay in a sepsis induced coma for a few days in a hospital bed before dying.
