Extend the Story - Add a Room

you press 2012 in the dial and then bang a cloud of smoke fills the small room. you quickly open the time machine door so you can get some fresh air.
and outside you see people all around you and you look around and notice that your in a big city with loads of cars
you wonder to yourself what city you are in. so you go up to this old woman and ask her what city she is in.
the woman turns and looks at you in a funny way and says where in new york city. and then you say what year are we in. then she says are you having a laugh with me son beacuse it isnt working.
you look at her and say no im not having a laugh i just want to know what year we are in.
where in the year 2012.
you look scared and puzzled that this machine really did work.
oh thanks love you say and she turns away and walks off.
then all of a sudden you hear a loud bang in the sky you look up and see thunder clouds above. and then you start to hear it thundering.
you stare at the sky and then all of a sudden you see 6 silver round objects in the sky coming down torwards the city
red lasers flying out of the object and hitting buildings. parts of buildings are flying everywhere. people screaming
cars come to a standstill people running for there lifes and you stood there wondering that to do.
you stand beside your time machine
but what are you going to do?

stay stood there hoping the aliens dont kill you
