"The plan is to tell the world about the return of Kira" said Kazuo. "Huh? Why would we do that Kazuo-kun?" asked PIPOr. "We can use the support and the fear that Kira got before, Z won't believe that Kira has returned; he'll know it's just someone else, but you see; I know his name, Heh heh heh heh heh!" said Kazuo. "Wow! Kazuo-kun is really smart" said PIPOr. "Keh keh keh keh keh! You'll make this world your's with fear... Interesting" said Ryuk.
"Now we have to make a new tape PIPOr" said Kazuo. "Hai!" said PIPOr, running to the other room. "Keh keh keh keh keh! I didn't expect anyone with a Death Note to act this way; usually they try to hide it or don't use it at all, but you're using the fear and support Light got to help you" said Ryuk. "Kazuo-kun aren't you coming?" asked PIPOr. "What?" said Kazuo. "I record the video in this room, it's hidden and just for recording Kira tapes" said PIPOr. Kazuo followed PIPOr to the other room, PIPOr pushed a bookshelf out of the way to reveal a door. "This door goes to the basement which is the room I was talking about before Kazuo-kun" said PIPOr.
The room was well lit and had no windows. "I didn't know you had a basement PIPOr" said Kazuo. "It can't be seen from outside, making it well hidden" said Gizou. "I see" said Kazuo. "Are you ready to start Kazuo-kun?" said PIPOr. "Yes" said Kazuo. "There's a camera just in case we ever want to reveal our identity, but we'll be using this microphone and this computer to edit it" said PIPOr. "I see; PIPOr that computer isn't connected to the Internet as well as the one upstairs is it?" asked Kazuo. "No Kazuo-kun, i figured if I didn't connect it no one would find it" said PIPOr. "Good then we'll start" said Kazuo, Ryuk flew down.
"OK, you can start now Kazuo-kun" said PIPOr. "Hello, this is Kira. I have been away for some time as you could have probably guessed, however this was just to test you all. I have returned and, I am going to resume my role as this world's god. Every criminal who started the return to evil, while I was gone will be dead by the time this message is heard. I also realise some of you have been searching for me for some time and now I have returned, this world will once again become the paradise it was" said Kazuo. PIPOr pressed a button and it stopped recording.
"Kazuo-kun, it's on the computer now come look" said PIPOr. Kazuo walked to the computer. "And when I press this button the voice will be digitally scrambled beyond recognition" said PIPOr. "I see" said Kazuo. "And by pressing the button again it scrambles it more; now it's unable to be un-scrambled" said PIPOr, playing back what Kazuo had said, the voice was digitally modified beyond recognition. "Now we have to make the background for the message Kazuo-kun" said PIPOr. "Good we don't want to use the one you had, we need a new one" said Kazuo. "Alright then, I'll start working on it now" said PIPOr.
Half an hour later, PIPOr had finished the background for the video. It was just a white background with the word Kira written on it in black and the same font style L had used. "What do you think Kazuo-kun?" asked PIPOr, playing the video. "Good, now you can send it the way you sent the other video, but you can use heart attacks this time; also continue to kill people the way you were before. I want this on all of the channels at the same time as well, at 5:00pm in three days, which will be Thursday" said Kazuo. "HAI!! MISSION START!" yelled PIPOr, creating multiple copies of the Kira video. Kazuo walked out of the room, back to the room he was in before. "Now I only have one problem, Z and the investigation team" thought Kazuo as he left the room.
Several days later Kazuo turned the TV on. "Thursday at 5:00pm like I said" said Kazuo, watching as every channel switched over to the Kira video, Kazuo's phone rang. "Kazuo, this is Z. Do you have a TV turned on?" said Z. "Yes, it seems that Kira has returned" said Kazuo. "Yes, it does seem so, however the original Kira, Light Yagami, died; this is a new Kira" said Z. "Really?!? So this one is pretending to be the original Kira. He's obviously using the attention Kira got before to get what ever it is they want" said Kazuo. "Exactly what I was thinking, however the criminals have been dieing from heart attacks lately; I think there are two Kira's now, also I have a video that I stopped from playing. It's also about Kira, but this one is in Japanese and the word Kira is in Katakana, the images are also different in other ways. The one I have has the word in red on a black background, while this one playing now has the word in black on a white background, using the font style L used as well" said Z, although it was hard to tell the digital voice sounded angry at the last sentence.
"I see" said Kazuo. "If he gets the eyes or Near does, no they'd only do that if they got suspicious.. Wait should I kill them just in case.... No he might have some kind of trap set that way, or another team which would try to figure it out... Near replaced L so there's always a chance there is a replacement Z waiting" thought Kazuo. "Any way Kazuo I'll contact you later" said Z. "Keh keh keh keh keh! Kazuo what's wrong you look so panicked" said Ryuk. "What?!? I have to remain calm or I will be killed" thought Kazuo. "Nothing is wrong, I was just thinking" said Kazuo. "I have to be careful, but if I choose carefully I might be able to kill one of them" thought Kazuo.
