Death Note by DeathNote
"Fine, I'll start using the Death Note Gizou" said Kazuo. "Good, this game will be boring if you don't do anything. A lot of shinigami could have gotten angry with you if you didn't" said Gizou. The train stopped at the station Kazuo got out of the train. "Remember use the Death Note at different times. You will be killing mainly by heart attacks, like the original Kira. You have 5 days to kill 1000 people, before PIPOr's video shows on TV. I'll contact you later when needed, but for now you and PIPOr need to stay away from each other" said Gizou. "OK, I understand" said Kazuo. "Good" said Gizou, as he flew away. Kazuo walked to the opposite platform to get the train back. "Keh keh keh keh keh! 1000 people in 5 days, looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you Kazuo" said Ryuk. "Yeh, but the hardest part will be doing that, without leaving any clues for Z to follow" said Kazuo walking down the stairs to the platform. "How are you going to do that Kazuo?" asked Ryuk. The train arrived at the station. "If I tell you, what's left to watch Ryuk" said Kazuo as he got on the train.

After the train ride, and several annoying calls from PIPOr, Kazuo returned home. "Kazuo, Apple" said Ryuk. Kazuo threw an apple to Ryuk, who caught it and ate it. "It's 11:38pm now and a sunday, which means I have to go to the office to work on a case tomorrow" said Kazuo. "Huh? You're not using the Death Note today?" asked Ryuk. "No, I will. It's just, I have to work on this case at the same time. It only means I'll kill 200 today the... No I have to make the numbers random" said Kazuo. "Why does it make a difference Kazuo?" asked Ryuk. "If I kill a random amount of criminals per day, and also kill during business hours, I can make a very difficult to follow trail for Z. Hopefully I can make one that would be impossible to follow" said Kazuo.
"How are you going to make the number random then?" asked Ryuk. "With these" said Kazuo holding three dice. "You see the red one will be the number for the 100s. The green one will be for the 10s, and the white for the 1s. Of course this means the maximum I can kill is 666, but that won't be a problem" said Kazuo. "Keh keh keh keh keh! So you made it into a game, interesting" said Ryuk.

Kazuo rolled the dice. "Lets see... Red is 1, green 4 and white 5. That means I kill 145 today Ryuk" said Kazuo. "Keh keh keh keh keh! All those people killed by luck. This is great Kazuo" said Ryuk. Kazuo started writing the names down in the Death Note. "It's good that I'm a prosecutor Ryuk, I can view all the case files. No criminal can hide" said Kazuo. "Keh keh keh keh keh! Its all fun until you get caught, then it's even better" said Ryuk. "Wait, Ryuk, are you on my side or not?" asked Kazuo. "No, I'm only on my side Kazuo. When the time comes that you should die, I have to write your name in my Death Note. That's the rules" said Ryuk. "Heh you won't be writing my name in your Death Note any time soon Ryuk" said Kazuo. "Keh keh keh keh keh! Do you really think so Kazuo, even with the eyes you can't see your own remaining life" said Ryuk.

The next day Kazuo was on the train on the way to the office. "Trains are so boring Kazuo... Wait that guy there" said Ryuk pointing to the platform. "What is it Ryuk" said Kazuo reading part of the case file. "Count down from 30 with me Kazuo and watch that guy" said Ryuk. "I don't really care I'm busy" said Kazuo. "26.... 25.... 24.... 23......" said Ryuk, the train started to leave the station. "Looks like you don't get to watch Ryuk" said Kazuo, Ryuk looked very disappointed. Kazuo's phone rang, Kazuo answered. "This is Z. I need you to come here to help with the case" said Z. "I'm on my way to the Demegawa law office now Z" said Kazuo. "Good, I'll have Near pick you up from there" said Z.
