C. Talk more with Demegawa and Near before going home. With Mario Golf

"Nice to meet you, Near" said Kazuo, Ryuk was laughing loudly. "So Solius what made you want to be a prosecutor?" asked Near. Soulis said nothing. "Solius It's alright you can tell Near the reason" said Demegawa. "Ok... I'll tell you Near.. When I was 7... my parents were killed... they were killed by a mugger he panicked when he saw someone talking on a phone... he shot both my parents and the person with the phone and ran.... I walked around in the park for what seemed like weeks. I was later found by a homeless man who took me to the local police station to help me. Years later when I learnt what a prosecutor was, I wanted to be one to make sure that never happened to anyone else" said Kazuo.

"Hmm.. You have a strong sense of justice Solius, you should be careful that you don't let that cloud your judgement in court" said Near, Ryuk was laughing loudly. Near's phone rang "Sorry I have to go, nice meeting you Solius" said Near as he walked away. "I have to go as well Solius, I'll see you Monday at the office" said Demegawa as she walked away. "Keh keh keh keh keh! I wonder what will happen this time... Interesting" said Ryuk. "What? anyway lets go Ryuk" said Kazuo. "Don't forget Mario Golf and apples Kazuo" said Ryuk. "Yeh I remember Ryuk... wait you didn't ask for apples before." said Kazuo as the walked down the street. "I thought I did.. Anyway Kazuo get apples they are more important than Mario Golf" said Ryuk.

Kazuo brought some apples from a fruit store they passed on the way to the mall. "Hurry up Kazuo this place is boring" said Ryuk as they walked towards the game shop. They walked in the shop Ryuk was watching a demo on a screen while Kazuo looked for Mario Golf in the bargain bin. "Kazuo what's this game? It looks like fun" said Ryuk pointing at a demo for a Grand Theft Auto game. "Ryuk you can only have one, either this game which is basically that one or Mario Golf" said Kazuo holding up GTA San Andreas. "Hmmm What do you do in that game Kazuo?" said Ryuk. "Basically in GTA you just kill people and take their money to buy more stuff to kill them with, but there are cheats to get the weapons, so its basically just killing people because you can" said Kazuo. "Get Mario Golf, you have a Death Note you can do what they do in that game. Keh keh keh keh keh!" said Ryuk.

Kazuo brought Mario Golf for $2 it had 3/4 of its case and almost 3 pages of the instruction book, the disc was scratched a lot. "I don't think this will play" said Kazuo as they walked up the stairs of the station. "What if it doesn't play Kazuo?" asked Ryuk. "I don't know Ryuk, it's your game you can do what you want with it" said Kazuo, Ryuk looked like he had just won an important award. "Is this word important to the game" asked Ryuk pointing at an explicit carved into the disc. "No Ryuk that might be someone's review of the game, I don't think they liked it" said Kazuo as they got on the train.

Kazuo had to pretend to read the instruction book so Ryuk could read it while they were on the train. "Kazuo turn the page" said Ryuk. Kazuo, who looked very bored turned what was left of a page. Kazuo was happy when they got to their station, because of the bus crash they had to take an alternate route and it was now dark outside. Kazuo got off the train and walked down the steps, the ice was gone. Kazuo walked down the street towards his house, his parents had left him a lot of money in their will so he was able to buy a house. "Kazuo can we play Mario Golf when we get to your house or will someone be there?" asked Ryuk. "Yes Ryuk we can play. I live by myself" said Kazuo. "Keh keh keh keh keh! Good" said Ryuk as they entered the house. "7:36pm" said Kazuo looking at his watch.
