Extend the Story - Add a Room

You decide to keep to your word, considering the amount of paperwork involved. So you put down the Phone, you got up and grabbed your coat, and you headed downstairs to the Underground parking where you collected your car.

It took you 25 minutes to arrive home, safe and sound. That was about 30 minutes all up after you collected your coat and car.

You step out of your car, lock it and enter your house, but what you see next almost made you scream. As you stepped inside, you slipped on some blood in the doorway. As you stand up, you turn around and inspect the rest of the house. There is blood everywhere. The roof, the walls, the floor. Even the siars are covered in blood. You don't know what has happened, but you are panicking.
"Helen," you call, but there is no answer.
"Helen," you call again. Still no answer.
You decide to check for her up stairs. You don't manage to make it halfway up them though when a man jumps on you and sends you hurtling back down the stairs. You are in a state of temporary paralysis after falling down the stairs, but you can still see. You can still see perfect. You can even see the fist about to make contact with your face.
And "Bang." You get hit. The punch really hurt, but the man didn't care. He punches you again, and again. Then he scratces your face both sides and punches you once more. He gets up and runs out the Back door. You are in pain. You are bloodied up by the attacker, but you can't move to clean yourself. Then the police arrive.
