It's at this point you are forced to move out of your mom's house since she's not putting up with you, your crazy bitch AND your unholy seed (Patricia's family is even less receptive to the idea). Fortunately, you save up enough money to move out of your mom's house and into a cheap ass trailer park with Patricia. (Hey you're already fucking your cousin, might as well go with it at this point)
