The Great Conflict

You decide not to risk anything this far in the mission. You program the IAC to head to the other end of the building and target the troop concentrations at the end of the hallway. As soon as you release it, it flies rapidly and you can year one of the clerics in the hallway yell "TAKE COVER!" and the thud of many troops hitting the ground. Moments later there is a massive explosion that shakes the foundations of the entire building. You move you to investigate and find that you may have slightly miscalculated. The hallway abruptly stops halfway through and you find that the other half of the monastery has been completely destroyed. By the nature of the IAC it completely decimated half the building but contained the blast and left the other half intact. You see the remains of corpses scattered throughout the rubble but no survivors. You only have the prisoner(s) you have taken, which are not enough to meet your objective. With all other clerics having either fled the monastery or been killed in battle, there is no way for you to complete your objective. You have failed.
