You follow Goju down into the UTC Compounds basement. Here he lifts a rug off a box and opens the box.
He then lifts a Gem out of it.
"See this Frier?" He asked.
"Yes."
"It was what Druin Biza stole from Emperor Ni Jala'en Lin one hundred years ago. We need to get rid of it because it is a burden for us to keep it. We must dispose of it. Will you do the honors, Frier?"

Try to destroy the Gem now
