Interactive Rain's Shadow by newbornbutterfly
You wake slowly, drifting in and out of consciousness, hearing snatches of sound, seeing snatches of the world. Finally you can focus long enough to hold onto the ache in your shoulders, the smell of damp, the feel of air moving against your face. The rain had by now stopped and it was nearing nightfall. You groan and sit slowly up, stiff neck and aching bones, great. You're just about to stand up when you stop dead, your heat beating rapidly as nerves twist through your gut. Without looking down you move one hand to your side and tentatively feel your skin... Smooth and unruptured... You'd been injured, where the hell was your wound?
