"So," you say, trying to ask a relevant question, "how old are you now?"
"Why are you asking how old I am? I thought you weren't allowed to ask that question."
"It wasn't anything. I just . . ."
She cuts you off quickly. "I know I look young, but it doesn't matter I can cut it. This is age discrimination."
"No, it's not," you reply.
She grabs her bag and stands to go. "You'll hear from my lawyer."
Sure enough, you do. When the company finds out you were interviewing without their authority, they quickly settle the case and fire you.
