Life After Life by mevergreen
I found myself in a grey land surrounded by mist. Way in the distance I could see water, blue grey waves broke the mist here and there. Now what? I'd never been especially attached to my family, but they'd always been there. Now, all of a sudden I was all alone. With no other guidance I decided to start walking. No matter where I looked all I saw was mist and water, so I picked a direction and began walking. The misty greyness seemed to go on forever. Luckily, just as darkness began descending I received some guidance.

"Welcome to the land of the triple goddess Adrian," the voice was that of an elderly woman. Although I looked around I could find no source. That was something I might need to get used to.

"What do you seek here Adrian?" this voice was more my mother's age, but it wasn't her, it was kinder.

"He might not seek anything you know," another female voice, but this one closer to my own age. "Maybe he just wants to have fun."

"Tell us Adrian, what does your heart want?" The elderly woman was last to speak.
I just want to have fun.
