Extend the Story - Add a Room

Once you have come to your senses, you search the man, finding a canteen, a length of rope, his knife and lighter, as well as a bow, a quiver of arrows, and a staff. You claim the canteen, bow and arrows.

Your stomach growls and you look hungrily at the man. The meat was as good as any other, you figure, and this wouldn't be the first time you have tasted the flesh of a human.

You bite into an arm, chewing the flesh and savoring the warmth of the salty blood that runs down your face to be absorbed by your beard.

Once you are well rested and have a full belly, you rise and begin moving again along the path which leads downward through the woodland.

After several hours, the woods break away and you find yourself in a valley, surrounded by grassy hills dotted with large stones.

You see two men, far below you, walking side by side. Their voices drift up to you faintly on the wind. You cannot make out what they say, but their tone seems almost pleasant.
