The Gladiator

You run in the opposite direction of the girl, leading Velkadin further and further away from her. Just like you'd hoped, Velkadin follows you. You run through the crowd, fear clutching your heart and suddenly find yourself running toward the entrance to the tunnels that go below the arena - where the Gladiator monsters are kept. To your right, there is a small door leading out of the arena. At the moment, it's open and people are flooding out of it to the safety of the street. You have only a split second to figure out what to do.
