"Well, it's done," said Sonja, with a sigh.

"Were you listening to anything we said?" said Cassidy, smacking him upside the head. "These things only work when the viewer knows what they are. You now have the ability to create a bunch of futuristic weapons that are going to fail one someone looks at them. Besides… an astronaut? Astronauts are boring!"

"But…"

"No, she's right," agreed Sonja. "You meant spaceman, I know… but real astronauts can't do anything. Think of your standard Apollo mission NASA astronaut, and tell me how many aliens he could kill. None. They were never armed, and the technology probably would have failed if they'd tried."

"Well, still…" said Blaine, defensively. "The demoninja who possessed me didn't realize you had the same powers until it was already too late. I bet all of the others will do the same. If nothing funny shows up on holy vision, then they won't even bother looking further. My weapons will be very effective."

"That's a ridiculous gamble, and you know it," said Cassidy. "You're just trying to justify your mistake. Yeah, you might be able to make some really awesome weapons. But once they've been seen, you're practically worthless. I will admit you will probably be very effective at eliminating unsuspecting threats. But if someone sounds the alarm, or gets suspicious, you'll be neutralized. There are other missions, you know. Not everything is a game of stealth."

"Well, it's a bit late now," said Sonja, with a sigh.
