"Well...uhh...the truth is..." Danielle grabs your mouth once again.
"would you hold on a minute...i have something to talk over with her..." She drags you backwards back toward the allyway. "Whats goin on in that brain of yours? Why would you tell them that we have nowhere to stay? What if they're rapists?"
You feel enraged. How could she blame Kacy and April of being rapists. They're perfectly nice people! "So You wanna stay out here? Where you have a better chance of confonting Murderers, Rapists, Theives, Psychopaths, and Ninjas?"
"You know what? You realy did hit your head pretty hard. We're not in your cartoon and - THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NINJAS ANYMORE!"
In the background April turns around and says something to Kacy. Then she looks at us. "Umm...you know? im just gonna asume that you have nowhere to stay...COME ON - NOW!" She begins to push us towards a group of appartments. She seemed paranoid, as if the word 'ninjas' upset her.
~IN THE APPARTMENT BUILDINGS~
"Well...here we are. Make yourselves at home." April says as she unlocks one of the apparments on the fifth floor. Kacy seemed to almost push through the doorway past April and falls onto the couch. The television almost magically turned on. Then you nitice that - of course - Kacy already had the remote contol and was watching hockey.
Danielle seemed to be almost uneasy as she walked by some portraits of the couple that hung on the wall. As she walked she happened to notice Katanas leaning on the wall. This was one of the only times she seemed to look up at anything. Her eyes suddenly fixated back onto the floor as she continued walking.
"You have very nice...furnature..." You could tell that when she said that, she wasnt exactly in the mood to talk. And she certanly didnt want to be rude.
Kacy looked up from his game to comment on the words. "Yea...i let the babe choose the threads. You know how it is living with a woman, right dude?" You get very offended by that comment, as was April, who somehow was standing right next to you.
"I am so tired of 'Pizza'" She says as she puts her hands on her hips and exagurates Pizza.
"We could always have take-out?" Kacy States.
"My sister and I are good cooks...we could cook something?" Danielle says as i smile a bashful smile.
"Ohh...No! We could never force something like that on you..." April says offering her hospitality.
