Eradicating Corruption

Without a second thought Darious clutched the Idol of the fat God King. A purple glow surrounded Darious as he began to change.

Darious began to grow larger and fatter. However a surge of new of muscle formed under the various layers of fat. Darious's fangs grew longer, his fur turned white and his mane became a resplendent orange as it grew longer and braided. His clothes changed to that of a warrior god king.

"Your desire for men has led to your corruption brother," Darious said. I saw purify you and the Rune."

"Fat chance of that happening. Now hold still so I can corrupt you!"

Edward tries to slash at Darious with his claws, but Darious uses his newfound god powers to dodge Edward's attack.

Darious then envelopes the room in a brilliant light. Edward let's out a scream before the room goes silent. In the aftermath the Rune of Gluttony had become the Rune of Generosity as it produced more food.

Edward, however, was changed. Gone were the signs of him being a demon or even a lion. Instead was a thin dog dressed in a robe.

"Darious... This is amazing," Jerome said as he looked both his son's and the Rune.

"Think nothing of it father. As a newly minted god it is my duty to vanquish evil."
