The Starr

You wait for what feels like a couple of minutes before you know she is out of sight. ( You don't have a watch and cant find a clock anywhere). You tip toe out of the room and down the hall, to the room with the spinning colors. when you reach the doorway you see the girls in a small group whispering about something. They don't seem to notice you so you continue down the room to the traveler wall, watching the swirling, glowing, colors. You are just about to stick a finger at the wall when you hear footsteps behind you. "Hey, what do you think your doing?" You spin around to see a tall, thin girl with an irritated look crossing her face. " I was just...um.." your palms are starting to moisten. " Look, i just wanted to see what that weird thing is." You say it with a twinge of spite, hoping it will make you sound more sure of yourself. " Right, I forgot, your the new girl, Nicole, right? Sorry about that, but you really need to be careful. You have no idea what you are getting yourself into." "Sorry I.." She cuts you off. "My name's Lily, I'll show you to the meeting." Something about her name sends a buzz through your head. You don't have any real memories, just that strange buzz of familiarity in the name. The girls voice interrupts your thoughts. "So, you coming?" She is already at the doorway into the hall. " Wait, what meeting?" you ask, suddenly just confused. " Come on, Ky will explain everything."
