Going greek was the right choice. The long Greek triremes fill the seas. Separate city-states populate the world. You are happy. But then one day, you realize, you control this universe. The people you created should worship you. But they don't. You decide that you need to whisper in someone's ear that you are in control. You have a choice of 2 city-states. There is Bethesus, a city-state on the water, whose trade brings in a lot of precious materials. They are powerful. Tomethus, another city-state, is a budding city-state, but the people are good people. You must decide which city-state will recieve your protection.
