Your image must be under 50,000 bytes, and is limited to dimensions of 350 x 350 pixels. We recommend images at a resolution of 72 dpi (screen resolution), or you are only wasting bandwidth and are likely to not have your image accepted due to it's large size. There are also image optimization programs such as Web Razor and Photoshop that prepare images for the internet. If you don't know much about this, ask a web designer friend or search on the net for "optimizing images for web" and "image editing software."
